Date Occurred: 12/21/2014 Reported Damages: $156.00 Location: China - mainland ! After having bought a smartphone(Lenovo S900)for christmas I had to recognize that it was a fake. Cheaper components/lower resolution/poor RAM and so on. I have taken some snapshots of it as a proof. The customer service, Mr. Cherry Xu, doesn't want to make a refund.
