Date Occurred: 02/03/2015 Reported Damages: $109.00 This is the biggest scam I have ever been a witness to. Signing up for a "free trial" with a $4 shipping fee led to $109 being charged on my card every month there after. They do not inform you that they will be sending another shipment or that they will be charging you more than you signed up to pay for. I am furious and want my money back. Costumer service was less than helpful. They would not refund my previous charges, only the "most recent" shipment can be refunded so I'm out hundreds of dollars for a product that doesn't even work or live up to its worth. Something needs to be done about this company. Absolutely ridiculous.
