Date Occurred: 06/04/2015 Reported Damages: $369.00 Location: Temecula, CA The spa is CLOSED and under renovations for MONTHS. Why are they still selling packages for the spa? I not only was scammed once, but twice! I bought a package to stay at the resort and when we checked in the staff argued that the spa was not included. I was quite upset and made a complaint. I just wanted to use the spa for a few minutes on my anniversary trip. We were enticed back with discounts and promises but it ended badly when we were again turned away from the spa! They actually tried to make me use a mens room instead!!!! Disgusting. When informed, the manager did not care and told me she wouldn't refund my trip expenses wasted at South Coast.
