Date Occurred: 01/12/2015 Reported Damages: $72.00 Location: USA ! I ordered a pair of boots off of shoe dazzle and was never told of VIP membership fees, so In December I was charged $35.95 us ($47.87) canadian to my credit card I called the company to see what it was and I thought maybe when I was looking at the price of a pair of pink boots I hit purchase so I waited for arrival of these boots that never came!! I then received an email from this company stating it is a courtesy email letting me know my free trial is running out of time and for the price of $35.95 us I can be a VIP member. Well I hit decline went online and deactivated my account i then got charged AGAIN $35.95 us ($48 canadian due to the American dollar different) so I called my card company and they advised me to call the company get the clerks name who is assisting me and if they say they will pay it back get a confirmation # so while talking to the girl who sounded like a robot reading a script said she would credit my account I said don't you see i don't want an account with you guys! After a brief convo she says just so I know there is NO option for me to CANCEL this account and no email exists!!! she then put me on hold then said they will give me my money back I said great whom am I speaking with she paused and worried said "Maddison" then I said ooook and what's the conf # she said pardon? I said I've already claimed fraud against this company and the fraudulent line told me to get a conf # she then said oh and just so you know your account is still activated i said pardonme!! Then she replies ginette? I'm sorry are you there....?? I was like are you kidding me you can hear me!!!! And she HUNG UP I HIGHLY URGE people after I sat on the phone for 3 hours with fraud people and shoe dazzle hanging up on me TO NOT order their shoes they are 100% the biggest scam I have ever in my life dealt with!!!!!!!
