Date Occurred: 01/26/2015 Reported Damages: $375.00 ! Bought the phone and everything was fine in the beginning, until I asked for a tracking number and was told that the shipping time had changed from 1-2 days, to 6-8. Further inquiries lead them to notify me of my items being held due to a tax that isn't applicable to items under the value of AUD$1000 (this is in Australia) and that I had to order 2 additional phones in order for them to release the initial product. UPDATE: 03/09/2015 They've stopped contact altogether despite my threats of legal action.
