Purchased a pair of boots. Ordered in enough time for Xmas Gift. Was given an "okay" that my order went through along with an e-mail and a code. When trying to question where my order was I followed all steps. Not one of my 4 e-mails were answered. I was not given a tracking # so I had nothing to go on. No, response, no product and as it looks now, no refund.
