As is the case with many consumers, we purchased a Tappan HVAC unit (Nordyne) back in spring of 2009.
Since
then we have had thermostat issue 2012, 2014 blower motor needed
replacement, and now Feb 2015 leaking coil needs to be replaced. Of
course we were responsible for the hundreds or should I now say
thousands of dollars in labor, refrigerant and increased electricty
bills
I have since discovered that a Class Action Lawsuit was filed
against Nordyne Oct 2014. If you wish to participate in this action or
would like more information I am looking to be a class member
respresentative for SC.
