Date Occurred: 01/27/2015 Reported Damages: $100,000.00 Location: Mail PRocessing Department, POBox 2489, White City OR 97503 This is a mailing scam that the postmaster general and the White City DA refuse do to anything about because it generates revenue for their city. They are operating under 20+ different names, sending out renewal invoices for magazine subscriptions at over double the rate, and are NOT forwarding information to the publishers, therefore creating customer service issues with publishers and customers of not receiving their magazines. They do NOT have permission to sell, and continue the scam and operations. The customer service # on their invoice is a scam and a cover up, claiming their is no way to contact the agency. You must write them a letter. Here is a list of bogus names they use: • Periodical Billing Services • Publishers Billing Association • Publishers Billing Center • Publishers Billing Exchange • Publishers Payment Processing, Inc. • Publishers Subscription Services • Readers Billing Network • Readers Billing Services • Readers Payment Center • Readers Payment Services • United Publishers Services Billing Services Association • Billing Services of America • Circulation Billing Center • Circulation Billing Services • Magazine Billing Services • Magazine Billing Network • Magazine Billing Services • Magazine Distribution Services • National Magazine Services • National Magazine Subscriptions • Orbital Publishing Group Plus more. All go to the customer service # 707-266-6673 and a post office box that "is not attached to the Answering Service" that "cannot forward calls or messages" PO BOX 2489, White City Oregon, 97503 They do not answer letters at this address.
