As a frequent customer of the Panera on 54 in Lutz, it is disconcerting to go in and not be able to find a seat because the place is so popular. I would recommend that you add the space next door and tear out the wall between the two areas. With more area to eat in, more customers can be served. Also, if you don't add on the extra space, someone else will rent that area and those customers will need parking spaces that will be taken from your customers.
